Specify platform configuration, workload identity and logging work across your selected Azure or Google Cloud environments.
Use this page to describe a requirement, then validate the delivery model with Atlant Security. Describe whether you need a new capability, an extension to an internal team or a change to an existing provider. Identify who owns approvals and who will maintain the results.
What to specify in the proposal
- Platform-specific configuration review
- Change plan with permissions and rollback conditions
- Agreed evidence of implemented controls
Agree which items are initial project deliverables, which recur and which remain with your organisation. Set an acceptance check for each output and name the person who can approve it. Track recurring work separately from onboarding projects so neither disappears into an ambiguous monthly commitment.
Inputs for a useful conversation
- Subscriptions or projects and operating regions
- Workload and platform ownership
- Existing policy, logging and deployment tooling
Approximate counts and high-level descriptions are sufficient initially. Detailed configurations, access arrangements and sensitive documents can follow through an agreed confidential channel.
Questions that change the scope
- Which subscriptions or projects support critical services?
- Which controls are managed centrally and which belong to product teams?
Explain any renewal deadline, current supplier dependency or planned platform change. Bring unresolved decisions into the RFP. An unknown is more useful than an invented licence, assumed staffing model or unapproved production change.
Service boundaries to confirm
Cloud provider responsibilities, platform features and customer-managed controls vary by service. Tool licences and recurring operation must be agreed.
Your requirements are not supplier commitments until the relevant proposal and agreement are accepted. Record exclusions, dependencies and how environment changes enter scope.
